Our client referral program is IMS&#8217; way of saying &#8220;thank you&#8221; for your partnership! As an invite-only program, we identify and select industry leaders with clients who have investment opportunities. We offer the most competitive FixNFlip, Rental and Multifamily products. We offer you quicker, easier opportunities to close more deals &#8211; and we want to thank you for the leads you send us.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">HOW DO I REFER A CLIENT?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Complete the form above and send a W-9 to your IMS sales contact. Upon approval, you can refer a client to your sales contact via email, call, or text.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">HOW DO I GET PAID?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>You will receive a referral fee equal to 0.25% of the total loan amount for the first loan for each client that funds as a result of your referral. You will receive your referral payment the month after the loan funds. For example, you will receive payment in October for a referred loan that closed in September. The maximum referral payment per loan is $2,500. Clients must be introduced pre-application for you to be eligible for a referral payment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">WHO CAN I REFER?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>IMS will compensate you for any new clients you refer. A &#8220;new&#8221; client is one who has not applied with IMS in the last 24 months or closed a loan with IMS previously. Personal deals and business deals with entities in which you have or have had ownership stakes are not eligible for referral compensation. IMS will always advocate for the preservation of referral relationships. Referred clients may, however, request removal of the referring party in writing.
