Reports of Mass Outage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Bank of America customers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/bank-of-america-down-outage-0-balance-temporarily-unavailable\/\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_self\">reported issues<\/a> accessing their accounts on Wednesday, from log-in problems to balances incorrectly listed at $0.<\/p>\n<p>Bank of America has acknowledged in a statement that &#8220;some clients are experiencing an issue accessing their accounts&#8221; and the company is working on the problem.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These issues are being addressed and have largely been resolved,&#8221; the statement read. &#8220;We apologize for any inconvenience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/bank-of-america\/\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_self\">Downdetector<\/a>, there were more than 12,000 queries around 1 p.m. EST. As of 5 p.m., <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/bank-of-america\/\" rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_self\">more than 3,000 people<\/a> were still reporting issues.
