Luckily the &#8220;Shark Tank&#8221; star and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/kevin-oleary-launches-ai-tv-advertising-platform-wonderads\/478065\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\">multimillionaire entrepreneur<\/a> has some tips for firing effectively.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DDe5cNHMf70\/?hl=en\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\">social media clip posted to Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, O&#8217;Leary outlined how he thinks about firing someone and how he goes through with it. If you can&#8217;t make cuts to your team, &#8220;you&#8217;re the wrong leader&#8221; for the organization, he said in the video.<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Leary was fired once, too. As a teenager, he worked at a mall scooping ice cream.
