Apple denies all wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<h2>What did the lawsuit allege?<\/h2>\n<p>The lawsuit, <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=17211049843602698833&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=6&amp;as_vis=1&amp;oi=scholarr\" rel=\"follow\" target=\"_self\">Lopez v.
