The coffee giant has reported five consecutive quarterly losses, according to its latest <a href=\"https:\/\/s203.q4cdn.com\/326826266\/files\/doc_financials\/2025\/q2\/SBUX-3-30-2025-Exhibit-99-1.pdf\">earnings release<\/a> reported in April.<\/p>\n<p>Starbucks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pyD8zDQImtk\">told CNBC<\/a> Monday that a pilot run of its &#8220;Green Apron Service&#8221; in 1,500 stores showed numerous improvements, including increased sales. Now, the service goes national.<\/p>\n<p><b>Related:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/starbucks-ceo-says-return-to-the-office-or-take-a-buyout\/494643\" rel=\"\" target=\"_self\">Starbucks Tells Employees to Return to the Office or Take a Buyout<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all a part of the &#8220;Back to Starbucks&#8221; plan enacted by CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/starbucks-execs-can-earn-millions-in-performance-stock\/494208\" rel=\"\" target=\"_self\">Brian Niccol<\/a>. In June, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/world-at-work\/starbucks-accelerates-new-staffing-model-all-north-american-stores-2025-06-10\/\">Niccol told Reuters<\/a> that the &#8220;Green Apron&#8221; model for service and staffing would be implemented in all stores in North America before the end of the summer.<\/p>\n<h2>What Is Green Apron Service?<\/h2>\n<p>The plan aims to improve the in-store customer experience after years of focusing on mobile and pickup orders.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The strategy is to reconnect our partners with our customers,&#8221; Chief Operating Officer Mike Grams told CNBC on Monday. &#8220;When you walk through that door, you&#8217;re greeted with a smile.
