Meta now has to delete accounts and personal data belonging to users under 13, make teen accounts private by default, and turn off <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/6-hacks-for-writing-effective-push-notifications\/292506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">push notifications<\/a> for under-18 users during school hours and late at night. The company also has to stop letting New Mexico users have romantic or sexualized conversations with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/science-technology\/what-is-a-chatbot-heres-everything-to-know\/445021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AI chatbots<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Bryan Biedscheid didn\u2019t mince words.
